Festive children's concert in the cathedral

The "Music for Advent and Christmas" is the most visited event in the calendar of the Cathedral Singing School. After a two-year break during the pandemic, interested visitors are invited for the 32nd time to get in the mood for the upcoming Christmas in the cathedral on Sunday, December 18, at 3 p.m.

The children sing both traditional and modern Advent and Christmas carols and recite complementary texts during this afternoon. Cathedral organist Michael Hoppe and a small orchestra consisting of alumni and parents provide instrumental accompaniment. Musical direction is provided by principal Irma Wüller and music teacher Andrea Krieck. Admission is free.
