Lasse’s story & how it all began: Lasse likes to remember the Åland Islands between Sweden and Finland. He spent a lot of time here in his childhood and came to love the special taste of Scandinavian liquorice. To refresh his memory, Lars Braun, known as Lasse, decides to travel to Stockholm for the Lakritz Festival. There he tries his way through and finds his new way between all the black treats. Lasse said goodbye to his previous professional career and founded his company LASSE LAKRITS. He lets young and old taste at various markets and quickly realizes that his delicacies delight. Lasse and his liquorice quickly make new friends and grow, together, into a small fine company that makes people happy!
